National Day Charity Convoy of Travel Malaysia 2008 (Konvoi Amal Merdeka Jelajah Malaysia 2008) held on 27 August 2008. This Convoy is aiming to collect fund for Yatim's Children ' House Ummu Salamah and Persatuan Pengasih Malaysia by travelling all over Malaysia.

This convoy was launched and started from Kilang Rantai SA Sdn Bhd Prai Pulau Pinang and would be surrounding Malaysia for 3 days. This convoy was being participated by 25 participants biking high-powered and a few vehicle escort. Participants only stayed overnight at 3 destinations, Pahang, Kelantan and Johor Bahru and the last check point was Wisma Umno Kepala Batas Pulau Pinang and will continue to rejoice Kemerdekaan moment 50th.

Their arrival welcomed by about 1000 civilians whom waited at Kepala Batas since evening. Few range of activities performed before waiting moment 12 nights, among them are presentation of cheque contribution to Yatim’s Children House Ummu Salamah & Persatuan Pengasih Malaysia, local artist show, sing songs, dance and Stunt Show.

The cheque was presented to representatives of Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Ummu Salamah and Persatuan Penagsih Malaysia by Kilang Rantai Managing Director Mr. Lee Thian Chai. While the Genuine Club contibution was presented by Genuine Club Chairman Mr. Ku Mohd Fazly.
